Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, providing timely and accurate solutions to their concerns

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience and building customer loyalty
  • Utilize knowledge of Arenaflex products and services to provide personalized recommendations and solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and productivity targets
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or retail environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and technologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity software
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service technologies

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service leadership role
