Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead Manager to join our team in Virginia. As a Technical Lead Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of digital protection, threat intelligence, and incident response experts. You will work closely with clients to understand their security and functional conditions, providing guidance and support to ensure their safety and security. This is an on-site, client-facing position, but remote work is approved.

Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Lead Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of digital protection, threat intelligence, and incident response experts
• Working closely with clients to understand their security and functional conditions
• Providing guidance and support to ensure client safety and security
• Developing and implementing strategies to mitigate digital threats
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective incident response
• Analyzing and interpreting threat intelligence to inform client security decisions
• Developing and delivering training programs to educate clients on digital protection best practices
• Staying up-to-date with the latest digital protection trends and technologies

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience in threat intelligence in a client-facing environment
• Experience in CTI procedures and applications in one of the functional areas: Detect, Secure, Respond, or Recover
• Experience in team management, leading, and presenting to various audiences, including executives
• US Government Top Secret/Delicate Compartmented Data Clearance with polygraph

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Experience in the use, handling, and analysis of strategic (technical) CTI within a functional environment, supporting monitoring, discovery, and response capabilities
• Understanding of CTI procedures and application concepts, with the ability to advise and train new CTI colleagues
• Ability to translate raw insights from sensors, incident response commitments, and other sources into reports and briefings
• Ability to present written or verbal information to technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to distill complex, ambiguous topics, develop strategies, and influence stakeholders

• Base salary: $153,000-$234,000
• Bonus and rewards
