Job Summary:

Northrop Grumman is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Support Manager to lead our remote customer support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, managing customer relationships, and driving performance metrics to ensure excellence in customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Oversee daily operations, ensuring customer service activities meet organizational goals and standards.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing issues and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance customer support processes, implementing best practices to streamline operations.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Training and Development: Design and implement training programs, mentoring team members to foster professional growth.
  • Complex Problem Resolution: Utilize critical thinking to resolve complex customer inquiries and issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and drive product improvements.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in customer service management or a related field, preferably in a technical or complex environment.
  • Professional Skills:
    • Proven ability to manage a diverse team in a remote setup.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
