About the Role

The Healthcare Digital Mailroom Specialist plays a critical role in managing high volumes of mail and documents in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of mail, maintaining high levels of quality production, and meeting productivity metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and coordinate mail according to guidelines
• Maintain high levels of quality production, meeting hourly KPIs
• Perform electronic indexing and scan processed documents
• Create and validate envelope tracking and barcodes
• Provide outbound customer service and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of data entry and/or processing experience preferred
• Ability to type 35-40wpm with 95% accuracy
• Basic computer literacy or ability to quickly learn
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
