Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Connect with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
  • De-escalate issues, escalate interactions when necessary, and provide feedback on call issues
  • Process payments, track call-related information, and provide upsells as required
  • Collaborate with a virtual team, working remotely in a dynamic and supportive environment

Requirements:

  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred
  • High school graduate or GED, with ability to type 25 wpm
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems, Windows operating systems, and logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a clean and quiet workspace
  • Internet requirements: minimum 15.0 Mbps download, 5.0 Mbps upload, and no packet loss or VPN
