[Remote] Recruiter (contract)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Microsoft is seeking a Recruiter (Contract) to support high-volume hiring for early-in-profession technical roles. In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting, source and screen candidates, and manage communication throughout the hiring process to ensure a strong candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for early-in-profession corporate and sales roles, from sourcing through offer and close
- Source and screen candidates for entry-level roles, assessing skills, experience, and role alignment
- Partner with recruiters and hiring teams on hiring needs and candidate profiles
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Support interview coordination, debriefs, and candidate progression through offer stage
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity in recruiting systems
- Contribute to high-volume hiring efforts across multiple teams
Skills
- 2–4 years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience
- Experience screening and assessing candidates
- Experience in high-volume recruiting environments
- Experience in technical or engineering recruiting
- Experience supporting early-in-profession/university hiring (intern, entry-level) and industry hiring
- Experience supporting offer processes, candidate engagement, and closing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with recruiting tools or applicant tracking systems
