arenaflex’s Controllership group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Accounting Analyst to join our Corporate Bookkeeping team. This remote role is a cornerstone of our intercompany accounting function, responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of financial records across multiple entities. Key Responsibilities
- Month‑End Close & General Ledger Management: Lead the preparation and review of journal entries related to intercompany eliminations, intercompany allocations, and related‑party transactions, ensuring alignment with corporate accounting policies.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Assist in the consolidation of financial statements, performing variance analysis and providing insightful commentary for senior leadership.
- Intercompany Reconciliation: Monitor intercompany accounts, investigate and resolve out‑of‑balance items, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate balances.
- Related‑Party Transaction Oversight: Track and evaluate related‑party transactions throughout the fiscal year, conducting valuation analyses to confirm arm‑length pricing and compliance.

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience, with a focus on corporate bookkeeping, intercompany accounting, or related financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and its application to intercompany and related‑party transactions.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
