What We're Looking For: We’re looking for a UGC Trend Hunter / Hook Strategist - someone who lives and breathes content, knows what’s blowing up before it hits the charts, and has a razor-sharp instinct for what will actually convert.

You’re the type who can scroll TikTok or Reels for 10 minutes and walk away with 5 ideas, 3 hooks, and a full content plan. You don’t just chase trends - you spot the signal through the noise, craft killer hooks, and brief creators in a way that makes content perform.

If you live in TikTok, think in hooks, and can blend creativity with performance marketing discipline - keep reading. What you'll do:

• Write sharp, actionable creative briefs that turn UGC into performance machines.

• Bridge the Content Production (CP) and UGC teams, ensuring every asset is on-brief, on-strategy, and on time.

• Collaborate with creative producers to shape messaging, angles, and storytelling that hit the mark for Meta, TikTok, and beyond.

• Turn brainstorms into clear content plans and lead the process from first idea to final ad-ready asset.

• Pick the perfect creators for each concept and manage UGC production like a pro.

• Research trends, analyze audience behavior, and keep a close eye on competitors to fuel breakthrough ideas.

• Bring social trend reports to the team bi-weekly with actionable insights and examples.

• Experiment with AI-powered creative tools to boost speed, quality, and variation.

• Oversee production with a clear understanding of shooting, lighting, location, casting, FX, and modern production techniques for scroll-stopping hooks.

We'll love you if:

• Live inside TikTok - not just for work, but because you genuinely love platform-native content and stay ahead of trends.

• Have experience in the health & fitness space - you know the top creators, content types, audiences, and hooks that work.

• Have been a creator yourself with a strong portfolio and a following that proves you know how to grab attention.

• Understand the full production process from concept to shoot to edit - including technical know-how that elevates UGC quality.

• Balance creative instinct with performance rigor - you know when to innovate and when to iterate proven winners.

Your impact will be measured by:

• Brief-to-Creator speed: Reduce average turnaround time from brief creation to content delivery.

• Creative quality match rate: % of UGC hitting CP quality standards.

• UGC win rate: % of content that becomes a performance winner.

• Trend velocity: How fast you spot, brief, and launch trend-driven creative.

• Cross-Team flow: Effectiveness of collaboration between UGC, CP, and analytics.
