ELEKS is looking for a Travel Manager in Lviv.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel and tourism industry

Experience in an IT company will be an advantage

Proven experience in organizing business trips, creating travel itineraries, and preparing visa application documents

Practical experience with Expedia Travel, Kayak, Booking.com, and other online booking resources

English level: Intermediate+(both spoken and written)

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Higher education (preferably in Tourism or Management)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Arrange reservations and select transportation and accommodation for company employees in line with established budget and travel policies

Handle and process all payments related to Travel Management activities

Record all travel-related costs in Jira

Prepare visa application documents and coordinate visa issuance procedures

Arrange travel insurance bookings

Prepare and manage all travel-related documentation (orders, approvals, supporting papers)

Prepare post-trip reports and ensure proper documentation and cost tracking after business trips

Meeting management: book conference rooms, organize catering (water, tea/coffee, snacks), and ensure room cleanliness during guest visits

Organize staff & client meals, taxi fares, gratuities, client gifts, excursions, and office supplies or services
