How You Get Paid While You Train: While you study for your state insurance exam, you will earn lead fees of up to $500 every time a survey you set results in a closed sale by one of our senior agents. Once you pass your exam, you immediately transition to earning massive commissions on both life insurance and annuities, with the average annuity sale paying between $1,000 - $15,000. Your Core Responsibilities:
- Learn and execute our prospecting systems to connect with potential clients.
- Your primary daily goal: assist two individuals in completing our short retirement needs survey.
- Attend all required training sessions to prepare for your state licensing exam and learn our sales process for life insurance and annuities.
- Shadow senior agents and participate in client meetings to gain firsthand experience.

Requirements:

- You must be willing to obtain a State Life & Health Insurance Producer License.

- You must commit to attending our weekly virtual training sessions with your camera on. This is a non-negotiable part of our program.
