Record Maintenance: Update and maintain various digital records, reports, and spreadsheets with impeccable attention to detail. Document Management: Organize and manage digital files and documents in our cloud-based systems, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly stored. Quality Control: Proactively identify and correct data errors or inconsistencies, ensuring the highest level of data quality. Qualifications & Skills The ideal candidate will have: Experience: Previous experience in a data entry, administrative, or clerical role is preferred. Computer Proficiency: Strong computer skills are a must, including proficiency with Microsoft Office software (especially Excel) and web-based applications. Typing Skills: Fast and accurate typing/data entry skills, with a typing speed of at least 45 words per minute. Attention to Detail: An exceptional eye for detail and a methodical approach to all tasks. Self-Discipline: The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment to meet deadlines. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with team members and managers.
