We are looking for a skilled Data Science Specialist - Healthcare Analytics to join our dynamic team. This remote position focuses on analyzing healthcare data to uncover insights that improve patient outcomes, optimize operations, and support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. - Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to support clinical and operational initiatives. - Design and create dashboards and visualizations for data storytelling and decision support. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand analytical needs and deliver solutions. - Perform data cleansing, transformation, and quality assurance. - Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for healthcare stakeholders. - Stay current with the latest data science techniques, tools, and healthcare regulations. Requirements: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. - Proven experience in healthcare data analytics or related domain. - Proficiency with Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.). - Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling. - Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, ICD codes, etc.) is preferred. - Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex data insights simply. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to work remotely and manage multiple projects independently.
