Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and understand and respond to various questions regarding travel information
- Basic computer skills and ability to use a computer to assist customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, using proper grammar, tone, and pronunciation
- Ability to lift bags or items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds occasionally
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, and Spanish, both written and spoken (preferred)
