Remote Operations Specialist - Alternate Investments

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Remote Operations Specialist, you will enjoy the freedom and flexibility of working remotely while playing a critical role in driving success in our Alternate Investments operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for Alternate Investments, including processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles, identifying and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents, and processing Corporate Activity Activities. You will also be responsible for settling and reconciling transactions, processing returns activity, and performing analysis of complex and escalated issues.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles
• Identifying and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents
• Processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling and reconciling transactions, and processing returns activity
• Performing analysis of complex and escalated issues
• Testing and validating new technology enhancements and provider changes
• Providing exceptional client and advisor service through email, phone, Slack, Outlook, and Salesforce
