Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with additional language proficiency a plus.
  • Previous customer service experience in a remote or call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet, with a passion for resolving complex issues.
  • Familiarity with streaming services and technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms and tools.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers.
