Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer assistance by understanding needs, demonstrating empathy, and resolving issues effectively.
• Create a positive customer experience with a warm greeting and proactive assistance.
• Accurately handle transactions, including cash, checks, and credit/debit card payments.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and managing inventory.
• Support store opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Assist with all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring supplies are readily available.
• Support pharmacy staff when required, with flexible scheduling options.
• Promote new CVS services and wellness programs.

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs.
• Good visual acuity for tasks such as reading and detail work.
