As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of Aeetna, providing exceptional phone support to our Medicaid members and suppliers. You'll handle a variety of inquiries, including eligibility, supplier changes, ID card requests, and more. We are committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences, and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to inbound calls from members and suppliers, addressing inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization, additional benefits and programs, etc.
  • Maintaining a reliable high-speed internet connection with a wired Ethernet link. Wi-Fi is not permitted.
  • The organization provides hardware and training.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to meet performance standards, participation requirements, and call quality objectives.
  • Proven ability to work independently and telecommute.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in a call center environment.
  • Familiarity with Medicaid and Federal health insurance.
