Role: AI Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Austin, TX / Bay Area, CA / Remote

We are seeking a passionate and experienced AI Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Global Recruitment team. You will play a critical role in attracting, screening, and securing top US-based talent for Centific's cutting-edge AI projects focused on developing accessible and inclusive AI solutions for general and health-related applications. Our projects involve working with diverse participants to ensure AI is unbiased and equitable.

Responsibilities

• Attract, screen, and endorse qualified candidates for participation in Centific's AI data collection projects in the US, growing our community of collaborators.
• Meet recruiting goals aligned with project needs, organizational plans, and team strategy.
• Recruit and manage a team of freelance recruiters in key US locations (Redmond, WA; New York City; Bay Area; Austin; Houston) to build local communities of interested individuals and support volume hiring.
• Develop and execute targeted campaigns to attract talent through various channels, including social and digital media, universities, academic environments, online platforms, and relevant communities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling local content for recruitment campaigns.
• Assess candidate suitability using defined qualification methodologies, including reviewing qualifications, analyzing communication, and conducting interviews.
• Manage the qualification process by administering tests as needed.
• Negotiate candidate rates and assess optimal pricing.
• Process and archive collaboration agreements, NDAs, ICFs, and other necessary documentation.
• Report on project/program results during execution and post-mortem analysis.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience recruiting in the US market.
• Proven experience recruiting for AI data and/or clinical research projects, or volume hiring in other industries.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English; additional foreign languages are a plus.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel).
