As our Founding Business Development Representative/Account Executive, you'll be the driving force behind our sales strategy, building long-lasting relationships with customers, and driving growth in the Southeast region. About the Role

As a key player in our success story, you'll partner with our Leadership Team to build our sales strategy from the ground up, navigate new relationships, and close deals. With the freedom to innovate and the thrill of a startup, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building a targeted portfolio of clientele and developing a sales pipeline through proactive outreach methods
  • Negotiating contract terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
  • Closing sales and securing signed contracts for our product offerings
  • Educating customers on our unique features and assisting in their purchasing decisions
  • Navigating and managing renewals with customers
  • Identifying and establishing new relationships with decision-makers in new accounts
  • Delivering a white-glove experience to prospects and existing customers

Requirements

  • At least one year of business development experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Results-driven individual with a "hunting" mindset and high risk appetite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a growth mindset and team-oriented mentality
  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited university
  • Alignment with CereHive's Hive Code and values

Desired Qualifications

  • Business development experience in a SaaS environment
  • Experience in the recruitment space
  • Prior success in business development, with a track record of winning contests or exceeding targets
