Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate automobile accidents involving single or multiple vehicles, resulting in property damage and/or bodily injury with an attorney involved
• Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service throughout the day
• Communicate with customers, attorneys, and other stakeholders through various channels, including voice calls, email, and text messages
• Negotiate fair injury settlements with all parties involved using innovative platforms and tools
• Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate and negotiate injury claims successfully

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in bodily injury claim handling
