Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests, providing exceptional customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including floors, tables, windows, and kids' play area
• Ensure restrooms are clean and stocked
• Assist guests with inquiries and requests
• Collaborate with the team to achieve exceptional results
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A standards and policies
• Perform other duties as needed

Requirements and Qualifications

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9am-3pm and/or 5pm-10:30pm
• Reliable, consistent, and punctual
• Positive and cheerful demeanor
• Passionate about serving others and providing exceptional customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
