Remote Data Entry Consultant - Global Equity at The Coca-Cola Company

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Consultant to join our Global Equity team at The Coca-Cola Company. As a Consultant, you will play a key role in managing our equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans, ensuring operational compliance and providing exceptional support to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans
• Process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching share awards
• Review equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities
• Research, track, and respond to questions from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders
• Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities
• Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting to support ongoing operations
• Review and maintain equity management processes and documentation

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field preferred
• Experience working with multiple stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans, is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly
• Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday, in particular), processes, and interrelationships of data transfers
• Ability to analyze and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations
