Corporate Maintenance & Reliability Manager - Remote

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of maintenance and reliability strategies across our manufacturing facilities. As a Corporate Maintenance & Reliability Manager, you will play a critical role in advancing equipment reliability, enhancing maintenance team capabilities, and driving business growth.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing programs to improve equipment reliability, identifying gaps in training, processes, tools, and spare parts, and developing solutions to address these gaps. You will lead root cause analysis work, partner with local Operations teams to implement effective preventative measures, and provide guidance for capital planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement structured problem-solving techniques to provide leadership and training on best maintenance practices
• Provide support to maintenance managers with day-to-day operations and prioritize equipment maintenance using SAP/CONA-PM systems
• Conduct gap assessments of maintenance practices across facilities and provide feedback to improve local team practices
• Provide technical expertise to reduce Mean Time to Repair and improve overall equipment reliability
• Lead root cause analysis work and partner with local Operations teams to implement effective preventative measures

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical maintenance background with experience managing supervisors
• Ability to work remotely with occasional on-site requirements in Downey, CA
• Preferred experience in food/beverage/pharma production or beverage manufacturing
