American Specialty Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our clinical team. As a remote customer service representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our members, providing them with personalized support and solutions. About the Role:

We're looking for a full-time or part-time customer service professional to work in our high-volume call center, providing top-notch service to our members nationwide. As a Customer Service Representative - Clinical, you will be responsible for responding to member inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our clinical programs. You'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with our members, internal stakeholders, and external partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of ASH clinical products and programs
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner
  • Ascertain the nature of the call, record information, and provide solutions to member issues
  • Interact with internal and external customers in a positive, respectful manner
  • Analyze information, problems, and procedures to develop effective solutions
  • Exercise strict confidentiality in all matters relating to member experience
  • Attend meetings, participate in discussions, and respond to requests from other ASH department personnel

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One-year experience performing customer service duties; inbound call center experience preferred
  • Experience in healthcare preferred
  • Basic experience with MS Office

  • Competitive salary: $15/hour (starting pay) with potential to increase to $16/hour within the first year
