Job Description:

We're on a mission to revolutionize the way we work and live, and we're looking for a talented Senior Designer to join our team. As a Senior Designer, Talent Experience & Organizations, you will be responsible for creating innovative and engaging visual resources, tools, and assets to enhance our candidate and partner experience. You will work closely with our HR and recruiting teams to develop and execute creative solutions that drive business results.

As a member of our Ability Securing Projects team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from recruitment marketing campaigns to web-based entertainment and digital resources. You will be responsible for concepting, designing, and executing creative content that showcases the Starbucks brand and values.

Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute creative solutions that drive business results * Concept and design visual resources, tools, and assets to enhance the candidate and partner experience * Work closely with HR and recruiting teams to develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative content that showcases the Starbucks brand and values * Manage multiple projects and deadlines, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Starbucks brand and values * Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies Requirements: * 4-year college degree in Visual Arts, Visual Communication, or related field * 4+ years of experience in a design role, with a strong portfolio and a passion for innovation * Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Preferred Qualifications: * 4+ years of experience concepting and designing recruitment marketing campaigns * 4+ years of experience designing and developing digital resources, including web-based entertainment and social media content * 4+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative content * 4+ years of experience managing and maintaining a strong portfolio of work * 4+ years of experience staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies What We Offer: * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements and remote work options How to Apply: If you're a talented designer with a passion for innovation and a desire to make a difference, we want to hear from you.
