Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized math instruction and tutoring services to students using the Mathnasium Method
- Assess students' progress, identify areas of improvement, and adjust instruction to meet individual needs
- Develop and maintain a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters confidence and motivation
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional educational services and achieve center goals
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and Mathnasium Methodologies
Requirements:
- A passion for math and working with students
- Exceptional math competency through at least Pre-Calculus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Willingness to learn and be trained in the Mathnasium Method
- Valid work authorization and ability to pass a background check
