About the Role:

As a Contract Project Manager at Airbnb, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive project plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving project success. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing pilot and proof-of-concept roadmaps to guide project teams
• Measuring project progress and establishing measurable milestones
• Collaborating with business, finance, community, product marketing, and scaled operations teams to develop strategies and workflows
• Identifying and mitigating project risks
• Preparing reports for management and detailing program specifics, learnings, and insights

Your Expertise:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 8+ years of experience in program management in the events, travel, or hospitality space
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and handle a heavy volume of work
• Experience with techniques and tools that drive process efficiency and continuous improvement
• Adept at cross-functional collaboration, building consensus, and creating a shared project plan across multiple teams
• Proven ability to operate effectively and autonomously in situations of extreme ambiguity
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and decision-making skills
