• Lead and develop teams by providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance
• Drive financial performance by analyzing sales and profit results, managing expenses, and implementing action plans to achieve business objectives
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, and mentoring
• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments, including developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and support the company's mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive sales growth and manage expenses

Preferred qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership
• Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, with responsibility for performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
