Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals and drive revenue growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve sales performance
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize results
  • Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner, building strong relationships with clients and prospects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in managing and directing a sales team
  • Experience in the court reporting industry or a related field, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using sales technology and tools
