About the Role: As a Scheduling Operations Associate, you will work closely with home health care agencies and long-term care facilities to fill caregiver shifts and ensure seamless patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating with caregivers and customers to handle scheduling scenarios, attendance issues, and customer service complaints
  • Utilizing technology to assign clients to the appropriate clinicians and track ongoing cases
  • Communicating with caregivers and patients regarding schedule updates and changes
  • Working across multiple software systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and exceptional service
  • Handling Patient Health Information (PHI) with confidentiality and care

We're Looking for

  • Customer service experience and a friendly, positive, and solutions-oriented approach
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations
  • Effective communication skills with clients, patients, caregivers, and families
  • Previous experience in healthcare scheduling or a related field is a plus
  • 1-2 years of customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Available Shifts

  • Saturday-Sunday: 6 am-2:30 am Eastern time
  • Monday-Friday: 6 am-9 am, 9 am-5 pm, or 5 pm-2:30 am Eastern time
  • Prioritized hiring for availability: 1 pm-5 pm Monday-Friday, 5 pm-10 pm Monday-Friday, and Saturday and Sunday availability
