As a Senior Analyst, User Experience Project Management, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our legal and security teams by designing and implementing user-focused legal technology solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for leading discovery sessions with legal subject matter experts, creating user personas, journeys, and wireframes, and working closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of legal technology solutions. Your expertise in user experience and design, combined with your ability to work effectively with stakeholders, will enable you to drive meaningful change and deliver exceptional results.

We are looking for a talented individual with:

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
• Three or more years of relevant work experience in user experience and design
• Experience working with developers and other information technology professionals
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Preferred qualifications include:

• Master's degree
• Experience creating user personas, user journeys, and/or site maps
• Knowledge of wireframe and prototyping software and processes
• Expertise in design layouts, grids, typography, data management, and other digital design principles
• PMP / Agile Certification / Design Thinking and/or Facilitator certification
