We are currently searching for an Italian Speaking Digital Solutions Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze and optimize digital solutions to enhance our clients' business operations. Your expertise in digital tools and strategies will enable you to provide insightful recommendations that support client growth and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and assess client needs to provide tailored digital solutions and strategies.
  • Conduct data analysis to track the performance of digital initiatives and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and align digital strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and present reports detailing the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital tools into client operations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and new technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients related to digital solutions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in digital analysis, data interpretation, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data analysis software.
