Data Analyst/Administrative Support - Sales Department

This role will be responsible for analyzing sales performance data, generating reports from Convoso, campaign setup and management within Convoso, and assisting the Sales Director with admin tasks as needed. The ideal candidate has advanced Excel skills, a strong grasp of sales metrics and KPIs, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance, agent productivity, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze large datasets using advanced Excel functions (Power Query, PivotTables, VBA, etc.) to generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify performance trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Interpret data from Convoso to optimize dialer strategy, list management, and contact cadence.
  • Create, edit, and manage Convoso campaigns with direction from the Sales Director.
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders, including executives and external reporters.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales analytics, business intelligence, or operations role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., Power Query, VBA/macros, complex formulas).
  • Strong communication skills – able to convey complex data insights in simple, actionable terms.
  • Experience working in or supporting high-volume sales teams.
  • Strongly preferred: Familiarity with Convoso or similar outbound dialer platforms.
  • High attention to detail, proactive problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
