Elite Day Trader (Independent Contractor) – Profit-Sharing Opportunity (Remote)

Job Overview We are seeking experienced, top-tier day traders to join our platform as Copy Trading Leaders. In this role, you will trade using your own capital, and your trades will be published for others to optionally copy. This is a performance-based, independent contractor position – there is no base salary. You will earn income via a 50/50 profit-sharing model on copier subscription revenue. When investors subscribe to copy your trades, their monthly fee (e.g. $X/month) is split evenly between you and Zeon Capital. As your subscriber count grows, top-performing traders may qualify for an increased revenue share — earning up to 70% of net subscription income. Key Responsibilities

• Trade Markets Profitably: Use your own day trading strategy and capital to deliver consistent performance across U.S. equities, options, or other supported instruments.
• Risk Management: Adhere to sound risk controls, including drawdown limits and proper position sizing.
• Performance Transparency: Connect your brokerage account for real-time performance tracking; your trading metrics will be made publicly visible to build copier trust.
• Continuous Improvement: Adapt to market conditions, refine your edge, and strive to maintain elite-level returns.
• (Optional) Community Engagement: Share insights, trade breakdowns, or commentary within our platform to build your copier base.

Qualifications

• Track Record of Success: Minimum 2 years of active day trading experience with proof of consistent profitability (statements, verified performance preferred).
• Elite Trading Skills: Deep knowledge of technical or fundamental analysis with a track record of strong risk-adjusted returns.
• Capital Requirements: Must use your own funds; minimum starting capital 1-25,000$ depending on strategy you use.
• Professional Discipline: Ability to manage drawdowns, control risk, and maintain composure under pressure.
• Self-Driven: You work independently and operate with entrepreneurial motivation.
• Compliance Adherence: Traders must follow platform rules and all applicable trading regulations.
• Location: Open to U.S.-based and international traders (contractor eligibility required).

Compensation & Benefits

• 50/50 Profit Split: Traders receive 50% of copier profits, net of software platform costs (~$50/mo/copier). No base pay. As copier numbers grow, so does your earning potential.
• 2-Month Evaluation: All applicants begin in a 2-month trial period, during which your trades are tracked privately. There is no compensation during this phase. Traders who meet performance standards will be offered formal profit-sharing contracts.
• Remote Flexibility: Work from anywhere. You set your own schedule and maintain control of your strategy.
