Solution Strategy of Patient Recruitment, Senior Manager

As the Solution Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering Patient Recruitment solutions to pharmaceutical manufacturers, government and NIH entities, academic and other partners. The role is a high-visibility client and leadership facing position.

Responsibilities

Include:

  • Develop Recruitment strategies that meet the needs of clients’ research objectives
  • Gain deep understanding of Recruitment service offering and patient engagement operational models
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Business Development, Patient Recruitment Operations, and Analytics to develop optimal solutions that best support client objectives
  • Lead client discovery sessions to further refine strategy/solution
  • Ensure appropriate solution is developed and clearly communicated to client
  • Collaborate with Proposal and Pricing managers on proposal and budget creation
  • Present Recruitment solution to client study team and leadership in a comprehensive presentation

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, healthcare consulting, clinical research patient recruitment, or similar related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work with and gain buy-in from internal and external stakeholders
  • Work and navigate in a Salesforce-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable presenting to senior executives to articulate a deep understanding of product offering and match with client needs
  • Experience working with major pharmaceutical, biotech, and other partners in the clinical research space

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; may consider comparable work experience

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $82,940.00 - $182,549.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
