Title: Clinical Quality/Compliance Admin Locations: IN-INDIANAPOLIS, GA-ATLANTA, VA-RICHMOND, MO-ST LOUIS, KY-LOUISVILLE, Work Type: Remote Time Type: Full time Job ID: JR159523 Job Description: Location: This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development. Work schedule: M- F 8:00 am to 5 pm EST with some flexibility. The Clinical Quality/Compliance Admin is responsible for coordinating Quality Management (QM) activities related to compliance and accreditation for an assigned SBU. How you will make an Impact:

  • Develops and maintains pertinent compliance plans. Monitors adherence to plans and prepares status reports.
  • Conducts audits, identifies training and communication needs, and implements related programs.
  • Ensures all policies and procedures are updated as legislation or accreditation standards change.
  • Implements standardization of procedures and documentation within SBU.
  • Develops and delivers executive level presentations and represents senior management on compliance issues and related committees.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years compliance, audit or quality improvement experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

  • RN is strongly preferred.
  • Disease Management experience is preferred.
  • Experience with regulatory/accreditation audits and knowledge of regulatory/accreditation standards in a health or managed care environment is preferred.
  • Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.
  • A strong clinical background is preferred.
