We are looking for a highly motivated and knowledgeable professional to join our
Licensing & Operations team in the Japan entity at a globally leading crypto asset exchange.This role is mission-critical. You will contribute directly to the successful listing of new crypto assets, the development and launch of innovative products and services, and the resolution of operational issues that impact the quality and integrity of our exchange platform.
As part of the Licensing & Operations department, your responsibilities go far beyond traditional back-office tasks. You will be deeply involved in initiatives that ensure our local exchange operates
legally, securely, and efficiently in Japan. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Customer Support, KYC/Compliance, Legal, IT Security, Product, and Engineering to support and optimize end-to-end service delivery.Responsibilities
