Job Description

We’re seeking energetic and motivated appointment setters to join our high-performing cold calling team. In this exciting role, you’ll be the first point of contact with California homeowners, helping them discover valuable home improvement services through our innovative platform. Using cutting-edge predictive dialer technology, you’ll efficiently connect with prospects and guide them through a simple process to access our free contractor matching service. This position offers excellent growth potential within a fast-scaling company that’s making a real difference in people’s lives by connecting them with trusted home improvement professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume cold calling campaigns to California homeowners using advanced predictive dialer systems
  • Engage prospects in friendly, professional conversations about home improvement needs
  • Guide interested homeowners through completing a simple form on the company website
  • Efficiently manage multiple simultaneous calls using predictive dialer technology
  • Generate qualified leads for the contractor matching service
  • Maintain professional communication standards while building rapport quickly
  • Contribute to team goals of processing several thousand calls daily
  • Work collaboratively as part of an expanding 4-5 person team with significant growth opportunities

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills with clear, professional phone presence
  • Previous cold calling or phone sales experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work consistently 5-6 hours per day with focus and energy
  • Comfort with technology, specifically predictive dialer systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly with prospects
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for professional calls
  • Positive attitude and resilience in a high-volume calling environment
  • Interest in long-term career growth within a rapidly expanding company
