[Remote/WFM] Technical Sourcer, Product (6-month contract)

In this role you will partner closely with engineering and/or creative teams in hiring phenomenal talent into Airbnb. The Difference You Will Make As a Technical Sourcer, you will make a significant impact on our engineering recruiting efforts by identifying and ushering top talent through the recruiting lifecycle. Your expertise in sourcing and candidate experience will streamline our hiring process and by contributing to the growth and success of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization. A Typical Day • Partner with the recruiting teams by building a pipeline of top talent • Engage and qualify technical candidates for relevant openings and assist them through the recruitment process • Develop a strong understanding of the recruiting process and drive/recommend improvements • Track the progress of leads/candidates with great attention to detail • Regularly track and analyze pipeline and performance data to share with internal stakeholders • Provide an exceptional candidate experience from first outreach to close • Conduct research to understand the competitive landscape • Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns to achieve hiring goals • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism Your Expertise • 4+ years of technical or creative sourcing experience • Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring exceptional candidates in high growth environments • Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and problem solving skills • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse (ATS) and/or GEM is a big plus! • Ability to maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates Your Location: This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.
