We’re seeking a Contract Professional (Non-Federal) l to join our contracts team where you will have the opportunity to impact the contracting process from beginning to end for multiple energy and power clients and facilities. You’ll work closely with our sales, operations, legal, procurement and key stakeholder teams to prepare, review and revise contractual documents with a variety of clients. We’ll rely on you to follow our governance requirements, work processes, and guidelines when reviewing or preparing contract documents. We’ll lean on you to present and explain contract terms to our sales and project teams. You’ll apply your contract skills to review client terms and conditions and may participate in negotiations with our legal department. You’ll use your organizational and time management skills to prioritize your work and manage your time efficiently. We’ll rely on you to collaborate with others to ensure consistency and continuity in our contracts. Your keen ability to communicate effectively and tackle challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment.
