School Psychologist Job Description: • Provide Counseling and Support: Offer individual and group counseling to address academic, social, and emotional issues, helping students develop coping strategies. • Consult with Educators and Parents: Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to create supportive environments, offering guidance on classroom management and behavioral interventions. • Conduct Assessments and Evaluations: Perform assessments to identify students' learning, behavioral, and emotional needs, and develop IEPs with intervention recommendations. • Develop and Implement Programs: Design programs to promote mental health, prevent bullying, address substance abuse, and conduct workshops for staff, students, and parents. School Psychologist Job Qualifications: • Master's degree in School Psychology. • ActiveColorado School Psychology license. • At least 2 years of experience working in a school setting. • Experience providing virtual therapy services is preferred but not required. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • A Reliable computer & internet speed (no Chromebooks/tablets permitted) Pay & Benefits: • 1099 Position • Guaranteed Weekly Hours • Potential Tax benefits • Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours • ($40-55/hr depending on district budget/candidate experience) • Clinical/Technical Team on standby Interview Process: • 10 - 15 minute screening call with a VocoVision Recruiter. • 20 - 30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District. • Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview.
