This role involves interacting with customers through inbound and outbound calls or non-voice channels. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This is a remote position with a work-from-home option, and the job location is in Puducherry, Puducherry, India. Freshers with less than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
