[Remote/WFM] Bilingual Licensed Insurance Representative

Our team is expanding! We have a new opening for a Bilingual Licensed Insurance Representative! We believe in flexibility; this hybrid role lets you balance your time between our Remote office and home. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. Responsibilities Your Responsibilities As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. • Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to address their questions and/or concerns. • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues. • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate. • Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments. • Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes. • Provide feedback on call issues. • Upsell if required.
