Job Description A company in San Diego is looking for an Admin Assistant to support a manager with 70 reports in her department. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. Responsibilities Handle and coordinate active calendars Schedule and confirm meetings Order office supplies and create expenses Take meeting notes and draft summaries to send to attendees afterward Ensure file organization based on office protocol Provide ad hoc support around office as needed This is a hybrid position and the Admin will need to be onsite Tues-Thurs weekly.
