Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred. • 15+ years of IT experience. • 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Cloud Architect or Cloud Engineer. • Must have successfully led and completed large Amazon Connect projects in the past. • Strong experience in Cloud Contact Center platform implementation and migration of Amazon Connect required. • Knowledge of Contact Center operation required. • Knowledge of voice (WebRTC), Call recording and telephony platforms strongly preferred. • Experience with automation within Amazon Connect. • Able to architect and implement Applications & Networking on AWS public cloud. • Ability to rapidly build proof-of-concepts and evolve them into large-scale solutions. • Advanced knowledge of application and infrastructure architecture disciplines. • Experience working within Government projects strongly preferred.
