The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through tele chat and live chat channels. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via tele chat and live chat channels • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate responses • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions • Collaborate with other team members to improve customer support processes Qualifications: • Previous experience in customer service or support role • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Proficiency in using tele chat and live chat software If you are a team player with a customer-centric mindset, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
