Description: • As a scrum master, you're passionate about outcomes and supporting a development team that's modernizing critical projects. • You know the importance of Agile best practices and how to combat challenges early. • On our team, you'll apply your functional knowledge to coach a development team to focus on sprint goals. • You'll apply basic scrum principles and concepts to resolve routine problems. • Using tools like JIRA, Atlassian and confluence , you'll strengthen sustainable process improvements. • In this role, you'll directly impact law enforcement by providing real-time data that drives changes in field operations. • This is an opportunity to grow your experience in scrum software development, IT project management, and tactical planning. Requirements: • 5-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a preference for around 10 years of overall experience. • Proven experience in agile development and implementation. • Strong coaching and training skills in agile... methodologies. • Versatile experience as a Scrum Master across multiple companies and projects (data, application, infrastructure, etc.). • Proficiency with the Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira, Jira Align). • Scrum Master certification (any recognized certification is acceptable). • US and Canada resident only.
