Location: Baltimore, MD Pay Rate: $23/hr W2 Top 3 Skills: Superior attention to detail Proven proficiency in problem resolution and demonstrated initiative Ability to create, modify, and troubleshoot Excel Macros Key Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for the following: Prepare, monitor, analyze and distribute daily reports Coordinate reports and correspondence for exception items that require remediation and/or escalation Work closely with the product lines to ensure their operational and procedural requirements are followed Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly key performance metrics Oversee control functions performed by offshore teams to ensure accuracy and completeness Ensure that escalation procedures are followed Provide necessary information for auditors during internal and external examsIdentify existing and potential risk, and work with other areas to minimize or eliminate the risk Skills Required: Intermediate working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and ExcelAbility to create, modify, and troubleshoot Excel Macros Working knowledge of SharePoint Proven proficiency in problem resolution and demonstrated initiative Excellent organizational / time management skills to succeed in a high-pressure / fast paced environment Professional oral and written communication skills Superior attention to detail Strong research / analytical, and math skills Able to prioritize and multitask Creative thinker to reengineer some of the current manual workflow processes including Macro development Skills Desired: Process Automation/VBA/SQL Capabilities Strongly Preferred Experienced background in securities-based lending preferred Bachelor's degree; business or economics degree preferred Junior Financial Analyst -Baltimore, MD- Pay Rate: $23/hr W2 Apply Job!Â
