About Us: At AutoComplete (https://www.autocomplete.io/about-us), we're growing the Service Department of our fully-remote agency as we change the way auto insurance is bought and sold. Our agency advises recent car buyers on their personal lines insurance policies... We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing agency. The CSR will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of retention and customer satisfaction for our book of business. An active P&C license is required. The ideal candidate has excellent communication & interpersonal skills, is experience servicing and auto, home, and other personal lines policies from major carriers, and thrives in a technology-forward environment. We offer competitive compensation (on-target earnings of $40,000 - $80,000) as well as best-in-class benefits including 100% covered health benefits, equipment stipend and more. This position is work from home. Responsibilities: ? Intake & triage existing client inquiries via phone, email, and SMS ? Drive a complete, efficient & professional resolution for each client inquiry ? Expertly utilize our internal & external platforms, including our CRM as well as multiple carrier portal systems (Progressive, Allstate, Travelers, Safeco, etc.) ? Identify & convert cross-sell opportunities ? Identify & follow-up on key retention opportunities ? Assist in the development of processes & playbooks for the CSR team. ? Work with our internal product & operations teams to better our proprietary systems & processes for a best-in-class onboarding & customer experience. ? Track & optimize on key service metrics, such as first response time, resolution time, CSAT, retention, and escalations. Qualifications ? An active P&C insurance license ? Multiple years of experience servicing personal lines auto & home ? Multiple years of experience handling customer service calls or experience in a call center ? Experience cross-selling policies ? Excellent communication, organization and multitasking skills ? Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships ? Technology-forward: tech company experience preferred ? Call center or remote experience a bonus ? Bonus for Bilingual: communicate fluently with our Spanish-speaking customers Benefits ?
