Your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues to uphold the reputation of the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat • Provide accurate information about products and services • Assist customers in placing, tracking, and modifying orders • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint • Utilize CRM systems to access and update customer accounts • Upsell products and services when appropriate • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives • Offer support and guidance to customers with empathy and professionalism • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Prior experience in customer service or a related field a plus • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving abilities • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Empathetic and patient towards customer concerns • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other related tools • Ability to adapt to new technology and processes • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Fluency in additional languages may be advantageous • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends Apply Job!
